Michele LeVoy joined PICUM in 2002 and became Director in 2006. She serves on several boards and advisory committees, including Social Platform; Global Coalition of Migration; Civil Society Days of the Global Forum on Migration and Development; and the Women in Migration Network. She holds a Bachelor degree in French and Justice and Peace Studies and a Master in Applied Sciences (Housing and Development Program).

Kadri Soova joined PICUM in 2009. She has filled various roles in the organisation from Project Officer to Senior Advocacy Officer and in 2019 was appointed as Deputy Director. Her academic background is in law and human rights and she has previously worked as an Adviser to the Chancellor of Justice of Estonia.

Marta joined PICUM in 2019. Roos-Marie joined in 2020 and previously worked for PICUM as a trainee. - Assessing EU funding for inclusion of refugees and migrants.
Giacomo Manca joined PICUM and ECRE in 2018, to work on migrants social inclusion through EU funding in a joint project with ECRE (the European Council of Refugees and Exiles). He previously worked in other NGOs as European Affairs Officer at the Salvation Army, Social Platform and Eurodiaconia. He has an academic background in International Relations and EU Affairs.

- Abi CardenasADVOCACY TRAINEE - Health, Justice and Labour
Abi joined in September 2020. She has studied Political Science and Social Research and has done some research and training on Race studies and Racialisation. Her volunteer work and activism has brought her to some European border contexts in Greece, France and Spain with migrants and refugees and also with racialised communities in Spain within the Anti-racist movement.

Robin Verrezen joined PICUM as a trainee in September 2020. She has previous experience as an international conflict and human rights journalist and as a legal assistant for the Belgian Council of State and the Council for Alien Law Litigation. She has also coordinated several volunteer projects in Sri Lanka, Burkina Faso, India and Senegal. Robin holds a Master’s degree in International and European law and a Master’s degree in Journalism.
