Les migrants sans-papiers sont ceux qui ne possèdent pas de permit de résidence qui les autorise à demeurer en toute légalité dans leurs pays d’accueil. Il ce peut que leur demande d’asile ait été rejeté, qu’ils aient dépassé le délai de validité de leurs visas ou qu’ils soient arrivés irrégulièrement.

Undocumented migrants are those without a residence permit authorising them to regularly stay in their country of destination. They may have been unsuccessful in the asylum procedure, have overstayed their visa or have entered irregularly.
