The project Health Care in NowHereLand – Improving Services for Undocumented Migrants in the EU has as its aim to improve knowledge regarding service provision for undocumented migrants by collecting existing practice in health policy and health services in the EU.

PRESS RELEASE - Spain: A step backward in the right to health care for all
On 20 April 2012, the Spanish government adopted the Royal Decree Act 16/2012 amending the Foreigners Act, which would deny access to essential and preventive health care services for undocumented migrants. This new law takes effect on 1 September 2012.
