Become a volunteer
PICUM volunteers who joined the annual volunteer apéro in February 2014.
PICUM is always looking for Volunteers!
PICUM's secretariat with its large network and wide range of activities strongly relies on committed and dedicated volunteers to support our work, mainly through translating documents or supporting the compilation of news and country specific developments.
Volunteers are based all across Europe and do their work externally from their home. They decide how much time they can dedicate to volunteer work.
Translators: if you are a native speaker of Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Czech or another European language and your knowledge of English is excellent, or if you have professional experience demonstrating your ability to translate from English to one of these languages, please consider joining our team.
We are looking for volunteers to help us translate our Quarterly Newsletter, Bulletin, website content and other key documents.
Compilers: if you have a good knowledge of the current debate on irregular migration, you follow debates in the media and you speak one of these languages: Polish, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, Greek, Bulgarian, Russian or other European languages and you have good English writing skills, you may want to help summarise news for our newsletter.
If you are interested in helping us promote the rights of undocumented migrants in the above mentioned ways, please fill in our online application form below.
We look forward to working with you!
